lovers who were having sex in the back seat of their car, which was parked near a river, have drowned.
Reports say the couple could not escape from their car as it sank, and they tragically drowned while trapped in their vehicle’s back seat.
They were reported missing by their families after they failed to return home from an outing

INEC writes to Melaye, begins recall process July 3

The Independent National Electoral Commission says it has formally notified Senator Dino Melaye of the demand by the people of his constituency to recall him from the Senate. INEC said that the decision to inform Melaye was taken at its meeting held in Abuja on Thursday, where the petition submitted by voters in the Kogi-West senatorial district was considered. It also said that the petitioners and Dino Melaye would receive a notice by the commission on July 3rd, on when it would begin the verification of the signatures of those who signed the notice. A National Commissioner of INEC, Madam Mohammed Haruna, disclosed the commission’s decision in a statement issued in Abuja. Aggrieved voters from Melaye’s constituency were at the commission’s headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday where they presented their petition on their demand for the recall of the senator. Utibe was the young boy who caught Davido’s attention when he was featured singing the musician’s hit song, ‘If.’ Utibe had been out of school and only passed the time miming songs. A concerned neighbour had taken a liking to the boy, and uploaded him singing the musician’s song on the Instagram.
